Shipley Wellbeing Hub

Shipley Wellbeing Hub is part of a wider Wellbeing Hub Network in the Bradford District that provides a range of services for people. These services include physical and mental health provision along with expert help from our alcohol, domestic abuse, carers and welfare benefits partners. The hubs are a wide-open door for people to access immediate help to meet health and social needs and prevent crisis and escalation to A&E.

People accessing a hub will be seen by the Hub Coordinator, complete a triage form and be referred to the appropriate service(s). They will also have access to other hubs within the network for support with other provisions e.g food banks, support groups and activities.

We work across all ages.* To use this service you must be registered with a GP practice in the Bradford District and Craven area, or live within the local authority boundaries of City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council and Craven District Council.

Unlike our other social prescribing services, frontline staff from across sectors working in the community or based at our hospital trusts can refer individuals to the hub, and we also accept self-referrals. Referrals are made by phone or via a secure referral system.
