Scale 5 £28,598 – £31,022 p.a. + 5% pension
1 x 35hr per week post
Do you have what it takes to join our award winning team?
This role will work across our whole Youth Team, primarily focusing on our Young Peoples Social Prescribing Service. Within this role, you will engage and support young people through short-term interventions and offering/connecting them into activities.
Our work aims to address loneliness, enhance social connections and wellbeing and strengthen the voice and influence of children and young people.
You will work closely with a wide range of professionals and other key stakeholders taking referrals and ensuring a joined up approach to supporting these young people
The successful candidate will also have excellent interpersonal skills and the energy and persistence to see tasks through to successful completion as they work within this developing service.

Trustees and Treasurer
We are recruiting for voluntary roles as Trustees and a Treasurer to join our Board of Trustees.
Whether you’re an experienced Trustee or wanting to take your first step at Board level we would love to talk to you. We’re particularly looking for people who have one or more of the following skills:
- Financial management
- Business and Social Enterprise
- Legal
As a trustee you will get:
- Induction, training and reimbursement of expenses
- Opportunities to share your skills and give back to your local community
- Opportunities to make strategic decisions and learn new skills
The expected time commitment is around 4 hours a month covering formal and informal meetings, events and reading time.

Ladies Group Volunteer
We are looking for a volunteer to support with our ladies’ group. You would help our ladies group continue to be a place for people to make new friends and reduce isolation. The role will involve planning and running activities, chatting to attendees, making drinks and clearing up.
The skills you’ll need
You will need to have the following skills to participate: A suitable volunteer would need to be friendly, easy to talk to and be able to support attendees.

Marketing Volunteer
We are looking for a volunteer to support with marketing. This could include creating social media posts, designing engaging reports or making posters for events. This role would take place at HALE during office hours; we are flexible to discuss convenient days and times. This would be a great role for someone studying marketing or similar courses to gain experience.
