Rethinking Pain

The Rethinking Pain service offers community based support service for adults living with long term pain in the Bradford and Craven area.

It is a referral based service, with referrals made by the GP Practice.

This service is led by Keighley Healthy Living, delivered in partnership and collaboration with HALE, the Voluntary Community Sector, Bradford District & Craven Health & Care Partnership and Primary Care Networks.
