Working Together for A Greater Outcome

At HALE we work with a number of partners and organisations across the Bradford District with the aim of achieving our goal to “improve health where there is greatest need“.

A great example of this is our social prescribing work with the Bradford District and Craven Health and Care Partnership on the Proactive Care Team (PACT).
