In partnership with A better Life (ABL) Our Healthy Weight Management programme is a 12 week long course based on behaviour change, for people wanting to lose weight, eat healthier and get fit.

We can provide practical advice and tips on:

  • The hidden sugar and salt in foods
  • How to get your 5 a day
  • Understanding food labels
  • Shopping habits
  • Meal planners
  • Food diaries
  • Getting active and keeping active
  • How to make your new healthier habits last for life 

We can offer one-to-one, personalised, advice and group activities on nutrition and lifestyle changes that will help maintain a healthy weight.
